17.3 miles of trail running, over 1400 ft elev. gain. Up Perry Canyon, Grizzly Peak Trail to the spring, back to the cutoff and up and over to White Rock then back home. Fun time, all felt good.

After my wife and I got back from our cruise (fun running on their 14 laps = 1 mile track), I think the inversion pollution got me. I was hacking up a lung the last two weeks of December. It felt so good to run today.
