It was a nice day today.  Temp around mid 50's but pretty windy.  I was hoping to get out yesterday for a long run but the girls had a choir competition and we didn't get back home until late in the evening.  I was glad to have some extra time today to get it in.  I felt pretty good the whole way but could definitely feel that I haven't done any long runs toward the end.  This is the fartherest I have ran this year and for a long time.  Really happy to be getting back to more of a normal running routine.

Honolulu, HI:  Just did a short shakeout run after a long flight.  I was stiff from yesterday and the flight.  Kept it short so I could fit the sack.  I was tried after not sleeping much last couple of nights. Ran down the canal and there were a lot of rowers out which was nice.

Honolulu, HI:  Out early this morning on a nice day.  Ran up around Diamond Head.  I was still feeling pretty tired this morning so just took it easy.  I need to get some faster runs in but didn't have it in the legs today.  Maybe tomorrow.

Honolulu, HI:  Beautiful morning today with temp around 70.  Felt better this morning.  Ran up around Diamond Head and back.  Their was a beautiful full moon that was reflecting off of the ocean that was really cool.  I ran easy the whole way.  Good to get some work on the long hills and felt stronger toward the end.  Feel like I am starting to get back to normal running.

Nice morning.  Temp 50 and light wind.  Didn't get to run yesterday as I traveled back from HI and was beat by the time I got home.  Was a little tired getting going this morning but once I got going felt better.  Ran the first half easy then picked it up some coming back.  Glad to get in a longer run.
