It was a nice day today. Temp around mid 50's but pretty windy. I was hoping to get out yesterday for a long run but the girls had a choir competition and we didn't get back home until late in the evening. I was glad to have some extra time today to get it in. I felt pretty good the whole way but could definitely feel that I haven't done any long runs toward the end. This is the fartherest I have ran this year and for a long time.
