Today it was colder and crazy windy so I ran on the treadmill. I felt good from the start with a little left over soreness from the weekend projects. I decided to do a progression run and gradually pick up the pace every 1/2 mile. I didn't want to do a full tempo so thought this would be a good way to get the legs turning over without too much stress. I felt good as I continued to up the pace. I worked down to around 6:40 pace for the last 1/2 then did a warmdown. It was a good run and my hip continues to feel good so hopefully that is behind me. 61:49 |
