Today I flew to Washington DC on business. It is always hard to get a run in on travel days but I was able to squeeze in an unstructured interval workout. I did a couple of miles warm up then I did 6 x 3:00 at around 5k pace with 1:30 recovery. It felt pretty good but the legs didn't fell quite as fresh today.
