Still in Gulf Shores on vacation. Ran an easy 8 miles today. It was a nice day and the wind was not too bad. I felt good the whole way. I didn't run the last couple of days just been spending time with the family. I did play about 1 hour of football on the beach which had me sweating and breathing pretty hard.
