It was cooler today and less humid. It felt much better and I had a little more energy this morning. I still just ran easy as I am trying to get my legs back after the long biking break. It seems like I have a long way to go but just trying to be patient and slowly build back up. I'm trying to take the long view and be back up to speed for next spring.
