It has been a while since I took a day off but I recorded a big 0 yesterday. I just felt a little run down and I had a very busy day so I decided to let the body rest and not get hung up on my mileage. After a day of rest, today I felt great. It is amazing how the body responds to a little rest. It was nice outside (43, windy) and I really wanted to push the pace but I keep it under control. I am really trying to focus on either running easy or fast no in between stuff. I want to make sure that I feel good tomorrow for my long run. I am trying to pump up the endurance so need to get the longer run in. 63:17 |
