I am taking off a few weeks from running to try and get over this achilles problem. I have been biking and doing the elliptical but haven't blogged those. Just kind of hard to get motivated when I am not running but here goes. I did about an hour on the bike today for somewhere around 18 or 19 miles. I felt pretty good. I did about 3 x 2 min hard sessions as I went along to break it up. |
