Had a little time this afternoon so was able to get in a short run.  It was cool (38) and windy.  Missing the Hawaii weather.  I felt good and decided to pick up the last little bit to around MP.  Ran the last 1.5 at around 7:15 pace.  Felt good to pick it up some but still being consertitive.
