Really nice morning (40, no wind). Pretty much the same report as the last few days. I may have felt a little better today but for some reason my legs feel like I just finished a 100 mile week. I am not planning any faster runs until I feel better and will cut back next week for the half. If my legs don't respond I may just train through the half and look for another race down the road. Pretty discouraging lead up to my big spring race! I will keep chugging along and see how things go. 47:01 (7:50 avg) |
