I had a very busy day yesterday and never found the time to get my run in. I was also not feeling the best so that might have come into play as well. I was still tired today probably a cold but managed an easy 6 miles. We had storms and heavy rain this morning so I ran on the treadmill. I actually thought I might get a second run in today but the schedule didn't allow it. One of my daughter's is sick and my other daughter had to go to her freshman orientation meeting at the high school. I can't believe that my daughter will be going to high school in the fall!
