Gulf Shores:  Hot and humid again (85) with just a little wind.  I am definitely not used to this weather.  I have done the same thing everyday.  I start off feeling good and running a little too fast and then I feel beat coming back and end up slowing down.  It is a good thing that I live in Indiana.  I am not sure I could handle this everyday. I guess after awhile you would get used to it but it would be tough. Gives me a lot of appreciation for people who live and run here.

I was thinking of you while running in this heat. I really have a lot of respect for you to be able to handle this summer heat and humidity. I will be glad to get back in the cooler weather.
