Treadmill.  While watching "Inner Space."  I loved that movie when it came out.  I was stupid when I was a teenager.  But I could run a whole lot faster than this.

 I'm calling anything faster than a 9 minute mile fast miles.  I warmed up at around 10mm for 10 minutes.  Then I increased the pace .1 mph every 2 minutes until I got to 6.7 mph, which is just under 9mm.  I held that for 3 minutes and went up .1 mph every 2:30 until I got to 7 mph and held that for five minutes then came down .1 mph every 70 seconds until I got to 6.1 mph.  I was planning to go down to 6, but I was feeling comfortable at 6.1 so I held that until I got to 60 minutes and then walked for 5.
