Started at Buford Dam, 3 miles on trails, 8 on shores of Lake Lanier, then to a friends house to get a ride back to my car. Beautiful day ... shore running is slow go!

Sounds like a really nice run. Hope you got that Dodge Ram from Santa. That's what I wanted too, but I got clothes instead.

I'm assuming the shore is sand or other footing that's difficult to run on....but I bet it's good for your legs!

IJR, sand, rocks, dock cables, etc ... But yeah, I think it is good for the legs ... And very peaceful too!
