Pretty big mileage for not running much. Hope all is good afterwards.

I got lost in the forest, so did not have much choice, especially since the sun was setting! Lol A little soreness as expected, but thankfully no injury related discomfort.

I noticed you were talking about heel inserts - is that for PF? If so, have you tried sleeping in that goofy sock?

Good run!

Thx Joe. Yes, PF ... inserts seem to be helping, but they are not comfortable & feel wired ... But as long as they help I will use them on every run.

Not familiar with crazy sock?? have you used it? Info?

Never used it though. I've had pretty minor PF for about a year, but have not been motivated enough to deal with it yet (I only feel it the first 5 minutes of a run). I'd heard of some people using this with some success.

Thx Joe, I will check it out. Mine usually loosens up when I start running too, problem is I can hardly walk down steps when I roll out of bed in the morning ... and that has been true even on greatly reduced mileage.
