I awoke to the excrutiating pain of a severe calf cramp in my right leg. I am concerned! am supposed to run 10 today.... heading to Spin class now instead. Update: Took an epson salt soak & a friend recommended I take some Endurolyte capsule by hammer ... anyone tried them? Will stay on a steady diet of these thru the marathon, if there are no other effects. Taking 2 more now & going to bed!
