Cool weather ... still a little humid, but cant complain! 1/2 mile hill intervals on pavement with focus on downhill speed, then a 3.5 mile cooldown on trail. Wanted to do a few more, but opted for colldown miles on trail. Downhill intervals are fun, but getting back to the top is brutal, I might need to hire a driver for this workout! :)
