Nice 5 miles @ 7:33 AP, good portion shaded along river, getting spoiled by no hills!

Thx Flat & IJR ... that pic was my all out sprint to the finish in my last half, just about 15 yards to go ... my running form is not usually that good late in a race ... except at the finish where the cameras are! lol Ran 5 more tonight, I am liking running twice a day to increase my mileage!
