Nice run... One day I hope to have an easy pace in that range! In March, my EP was 8:34 (5:20/km) at the faster end... sigh.
I notice you've seen some strong mileage in the Adizeros; I've heard great things about those shoes! I tried to get a pair at the Adidas store in Vegas when I was there for the HM in December, but they didn't have any left in my size. Got the Adidas Marathons instead, which are a pretty awesome shoe as well it turns out. :)

Thanks, pace will come in time, I never ran that fast a year ago ... even on hard training runs!
I love the Adizeros, I have always run in Adidas, and really liked switching from the more cushioned Boston Classic (that I ran in for 7 years) to the lighter shoe. My next pair will be the Adizero Adios which is only like 7 ounces, but I will wait until I find them online in my size at a good price! I have seen the Adidas Marathon, and will probably get a pair at some point as another pair of training shoes. I just started logging my shoe mileage, and those are conservative estimates ... most of my shoes have surpassed recommended mileage, but until I get a shoe company sponsorship ... lol ... Yeah right!

I so get the shoe thing... LOL. I looked for the Bostons online via the Canadian Adidas store and they just don't sell them (sigh). I might go through Holabird.com... they don't ask you to pay too much at the post office when stuff arrives. :)
My shoes usually go to recycling around 600km, so definitely no more than 500 miles. But I would like to see more out of them...
