First 4 @ 8:10 pace ... then ran into my son, dad, & niece, giving my mom a ride around the island on a Surrey Bike ... they were struggling, so I pushed from behind for 3 miles until we got to ice cream shop.

The ice cream shop was probably like "a carrot on a stick"! I bet your AP got much faster the closer you got to it :-)
