went to spin class, then was going to do some speedwork on treadmill.  I dont like treadmills, so decided a half mile at 8:30pace was good, and went to Cracker Barrel for a big breakfast.  may hit a track later, but since I don't like heat either, I may opt for college football and beer!

Felt guilty, so went on a really slow, hot trail run with a half mile downhill sprint at 4:51 pace.  OAP: 9:56/mi

Hmm, football and beer or intervals on a miserably hot track....what to do, what to do...

Ha-ha ... Yeah, not a tough choice, not sure what I was thinking when I even entertained the thought of going to the track!

It appears there's not really a decision to be made.... My team bombed last night (TCU) so I don't care much about anything else :-(

Hope your team won, JG. One of those splits looks slightly out of place.

Flat, one won, one got crushed, good times anyway though! That split was my 2-1/2 minutes of downhill glory in the middle of an otherwise difficult but relaxing run.
