Cool weather ... still a little humid, but cant complain!

1/2 mile hill intervals on pavement with focus on downhill speed, then a 3.5 mile cooldown on trail.  Wanted to do a few more, but opted for colldown miles on trail.  Downhill intervals are fun, but getting back to the top is brutal, I might need to hire a driver for this workout!  :)

I could come and carry you up the hills on my bike :-)

Only if you attach a sidebar IJR, that is fully equipped as a bar! :). I think I am going to try again today for more reps, Oct 22 is all about being able to endure 18 miles downhill cruising, and then being able to hang on for 8 more miles in the 7 minute range. Maybe you could ride next to me in the marathon & carry my water and let me ride the bike when no one is looking! Lol

Man...I wish I were going!

Look at that speed! You have some serious power. Looks like the other guy in your picture realized that a bit too late!

Thanks Joe, I did kind of fly by that guy and a few others before they knew what hit them. However, those red numbers above reflect more the power of gravity than the power of JG! :)

I am sitting on top of that hill again, trying to convince myself that I can run up and down until it gets dark! Of course, the longer I procrastinate on my phone, the shorter that time becomes! Lol

Turn that phone OFF and go for it JG...!!!
