1/2 mile hill intervals, 6 down, 5 up, 1 mile cool down.  Planned on a little longer cool down, but legs were pretty spent.  2 more intervals than yesterday, but shorter cool down.  Also backed off down hill pace a tad, but increased up hill a tad.  About 30 second rest recoveries at both top & bottom.

Hey good run! The football game was good too. I am in FL now, thanks again for the race invite- next time right? Looks like you had a solid race after all though!

Thanks Dan. Yeah, great game ... Saints let me down on the last play though! The race was good & a solid training effort ... we both would have PR'd if we were pacing each other ... but there are bigger goals in the future than running PR's while training for a future target race! I am excited for your race in 8 days, I have another month of being sore before I can get excited for mine! :)

How many more of these down hill runs will you do before you're race? Nice to see how your time dropped on the last couple.

Not sure, I am still trying to figure out what I am going to run today! I would like to do one per week, my legs are definitely feeling back to back days! Tomorrow is a fast 5k, but next Saturday is a trail half marathon that has 5,000' of climb & descent, so one more time before that. Needless to say, I won't have any time goal on that one! :)
