Marathon:  2:38:15 Top of Utah Marathon 2010 (6th Place Overall, 1st Local and 1st 19-24)

Won the 1st Annual Sand Hollow Marathon in 2:41:22

Ultramarathon:  Logan Peak Trail Race 2010:  28 miles, 7261 vert. 4:23:48 (2nd Place), El Vaquero Loco 50k 2011: 6:02 (2nd Place)

My hometown is Hurricane, UT but I currently live in Logan, UT where I attend Utah State University.  I am working on a PhD in Education, with an emphasis in Technology and Engineering Education.

6X400s @ 60-65 seconds (4:15 mile)  2X200 @ 26-27 pace.  2 miles warmup and cooldown.

This workout was tough, but I'm getting my speed back.  As soon as track gets over I will be able to get my endurance back.

Another interval workout. 4X600 @ 1:40 (4:24 miles) and 3X200 @ 29-30 (4:00 miles) 2 miles warmup and 2 miles cooldown. So an intense workout but I felt very good throughout. Finally getting some strength back. Ya!

easy day today.  Track team is on their way up to BYU Inv. and I was tired from the last 2 days workouts.

Went on a night run and I always feel way good at night so I was hitting about 6 min miles the whole time and felt wonderful.   About a 50 min run with a little jogging to cooldown.
