Long fairly easy run.  Felt surprisingly rested and ready to go.  Green Canyon.  Hadn't done that trail in awhile.  Got some good paces going on after the turnaround, and felt generally pretty good the whole time around.  Jon's water bottle gift proved to be a great addition to my run as well.  It was nice not to have to guzzle water at every drinking fountain and still be dehydrated.

Glad to hear you used it. They are very useful on the trails.

Yes very much so. Hey are you still thinking you want to do the Wellsvilles on Wednesday the 18th? I'm still in if you are and my car is available too. I haven't had internet for a few days so I have been pretty sporadic.. I'm off Wednesday and Friday this week.

Wellsvilles will probably be Thursday, though Wed is still possible. If I do it Thurs, would be be interested in something else on Wed?

Yes, I would be free both all of wednesday and thursday AM. Wellsvilles on Thursday might actually fit better with my running schedule anyway, but whatever you wanna do will work.
