AM: Freezing. I wanted to die.
PM: We skipped our full pre-workout thingamabob because some people had to leave early.. but then we spent forever waiting for those same people.. so it really didn't matter. We did pyramid interval thingys. 800, 1000, 1200, 1000, 800, 400, 400, 400. The first 800 felt fast, but after that I felt fine. I expected the 400's to be really hard but they weren't that bad. It was actually a good workout. |
