Am: last morning practice ever. Woot? Pm: workout. 2x100, 2x200, 2x300, 1x400 all out with full recovery. Felt fine for the most part, got a little tired near the end, so the second 300 and the 400 weren't as fast as I'd have liked. But it was fine. Last workout ever.. what the?! Found out after that I left my car keys in my mom's office. Had to sit on the curb by myself til my dad finished practice and came to save me. |
