Shoe run w/ Costco added on at the end. Today was a really great run. It was fun to see Nicole out again and we all ran together for the most part. Mia had to leave us partway through but we picked up Jared and had even numbers again. (: I felt really good during this run, probably because Stoner and I found golf balls and we bounced them in rhythm with each other for most of the run.. so I kinda forgot I was even running. Stoner and I also realized what great captains we're going to be next year.. sophomores and freshies better watch out. (: We did step-lifting after. |
