PM: three with Aubrey, Nicole, Erin, and Taylor. Felt really good; it was nice and cool, even though it wouldnt rain, which was stupid. Lifting after (ps.. I did THIRTY BENCH PRESSES. That is a major accomplishment for me, considering during track I avoided bench presses like the plague). Um.. also PM: i did soccer conditioning with Katie. We did 27 sets of sprints and 3 stadiums. Not sure of the mileage on that, but I was extremely tired. It's been a while since I sprinted like that. And.. It rained for like an hour while we were playing soccer, then as soon as we started conditioning, what do you know. The sun came out to watch us suffer. Whatever. |
