Personal:

My mother forced me to start running as a freshman in high school.. and as much as I hate to admit it, I actually ended up liking it. Graduated from Pine View High School in 2013 and, after a yearlong hiatus, I am now running again, this time for USU, where I'm working on a composite Elementary Ed/Deaf Ed major.

Today.. in a word.. sucked. It was fine until we passed the 4 mile turnaround. But when I don't know exactly how far we have left, it seems like it takes forever. And that's how it was with the 6 mile turnaround. It felt like it never came! And then the lovely hill, which I won't even speak about. Then Kaylee and Rachel decided it would be fun to catch up with the boys. And yell at me for coming with them. Because apparently I was the one elected to stay behind. Striders were okay.. except I couldn't breathe very well. So today was really not a great day.

From the outside, it looked like the run was easy cheesy to you.

No stress - we all have those days. And then when Coach says you are still looking solid... well that's a good sign to run good even when you are feeling crap.
