Personal:

My mother forced me to start running as a freshman in high school.. and as much as I hate to admit it, I actually ended up liking it. Graduated from Pine View High School in 2013 and, after a yearlong hiatus, I am now running again, this time for USU, where I'm working on a composite Elementary Ed/Deaf Ed major.

Oh my heck. Best run EVER!! After a few hours at the river, Mia and I met up with Stoner  to run.. We drove my truck out to the Motel 6 to save our spot for fireworks later, then we ran back to my house. But it was only 4 miles, so we had to add on.. we were pretty creative. We began the run with Mia pulling a knife on some lady who walked into the bathroom at Sinclair And Backlebee. Then we went up into Middleton and found the coolest/creepiest machine ever at the park there.. it would record your voice, then play it back to you all weird. Then we continued on, trying to find a way out of Middleton and saw the cutest bunny statue in someones yard. Oh wait.. it wasn't a statue. It was just a giant bunny that was very good at sitting still. Scared the crap out of me. Finally we found a way out, but a white cat started chasing us, and we had to hop a fence. Then I found a plastic army guy whose leg was (almost) amputated in battle. We found a shopping cart not far beyond that, and put him in it, along with Mia, and tried to push it to the road. We didn't get very far. We each had a turn riding in it until we got it to the road entering Middleton, where we left it. We did some somersaults on a grass hill, then ran up Green Springs Drive and added on a little more through the desert by the golf course.. and we ran through the sprinklers on the golf course too. And then some more sprinklers by the pro shop, which soaked us. At that point, we started talking about hippie mermaids and such things.. I've definitely missed these conversations. And the weather was perfect. And to end the night, FIREWORKS!! Which are kinda my favorite ever. Basically, today was kind of amazing. The end.
