Speed workout.. a super fun one! We pretty much sprinted until Coach whistled at us, but there were all kinds of different rules for each one, like you had to catch the person in front of you, or go faster every time he whistled. I missed the first two little things cause I was warming up. Then I joined in and it was wayy fun. I had trouble breathing during the one where we sped up every time he whistled.. but he had just given this speech about finding a new level of hurt, so I forced myself through it. And guess what? I survived. I had to take a smallish break in between the first and second 200s at the end, because I really was just not breathing well at all, but I finished the workout and felt really good about it. |
