Am: almost did the workout this morning, but then didn't. After, we found a refrigerator box. Kids kept pushing and kicking and stabbing us though. Rude. Pm: 8x200 at 34 seconds with decreasing recovery (1:15 for the first 3, then 1:00 for the next 2, then 45 seconds for the last 2). I was a tad slow on most of these.. I hit 34 on the 3rd, 5th, and 8th.. and 35 for the first two.. and 36 for the 4th, 6th, and 7th. Which is a really complicated way of saying my splits were 35, 35, 34, 36, 34, 36, 36, 34. The decreasing recovery threw off my groove. But I felt like it was still a good workout and I felt good about it. |
