am: three. Pretty quiet. 4x1000 at 3:46, 2x300 all out. Felt pukey all throughout the workout.. I think because I didn't get a chance to eat lunch til half an hour before the workout. Early days throw my whole routine off. My splits were around 3:45, 3:49, 3:49, 3:42. I'm not totally sure, because my watch was off.. it would start and be on the right time, but by the end of the 1000, it would be 2 seconds off of everyone elses. So I guess it was an okay workout.. it felt awful, but looking at those times, it wasn't that bad. The 300s were bad. I didn't have my watch, but I could feel the suckiness. I was so so tired after. I just wanted to sleep. My thoughts and prayers go out to those in Boston today. What an awful thing. |
