Am: three. So cold! Coach scared us to death. Pm: workout. 600 (r pace +4 sec), 400 (r pace +2 sec), 300 (r pace), 200 (r pace -4 sec), 100 (r pace -2 sec). I felt absolutely awful in 3rd and 4th periods.. and it never got better. My 600 and 200 were both 3 seconds slow, and my 400 was 5 seconds slow. I didn't do the second set. As soon as we finished the cool down, I went home and got in bed.. I hardly moved the rest of the night. |
