Ick. Today was 4x1000 at 3:46, 2x300 all out. The first part was really good. I was feeling great and hitting my times.. even a little faster than my times. The first 2 were both 3:43. The third one, I was on pace for another 3:43.. until the last lap. All of a sudden, I got this huge knot in my stomach and i felt like I couldn't stand up all the way straight. That lap was way slower and I ended up finishing at 3:49. I recovered with the girls, trying to breathe deep and make the pain go away, but it wouldn't. We got back to the starting line, and I felt like this one would be bad. I'd had a positive -INTERMISSION.. I can't make this one paragraph, apparently- workout so far, and I just kind of decided to keep it that way. I didn't do the last 1000. The knot didn't go away, but I knew I still had to do the 300s. I ended up with :48 and :49 on those. It took me a long time to recover after and I still don't feel very good. Pm: 3 with Mia in the middle of a freaking tornado.
