Old man hills today! 4x400. It was kinda weird cause there were only four girls there.. and only two of us were doing the 800 people workout. It felt good though. It wasnt a crazy hard workout, but I really tried to push myself hard on the last one.had a lovely talk with aubrey and megan and liz on the way back about smoothies and senior ball. Weights after.. felt way good. Then stretched really good and rolled my hip. Lovely day. |
