the workout got changed today because of the wind, so we went dog pound with striders after. it was good.. my leg started doing that hurting/cramping thing again so i didnt do the leg stuff when we did weights. just bench presses. im not sure if doing weights would have hurt it; it's not like an injured pain.. it just feels like my leg has a really bad stomach ache. whatevs. i'll go buy some gatorade tonight. |
