4x800 - 3:19 - 3:24, I'm happy with this for the amount of time I've been running again.  My body is as tight as a drum though, especially in my hips.  Somehow I need to find time for better stretching and muscle strengthening.  Of course after last week I feel blessed just to get time to run.

Good job feeling grateful for a great run! Gotta get the multitasking going on with hip work. I often have a tennis ball under my hip flexor while laying on my belly reading to the kids, stretching while standing at the playground waiting to pick up my kids from school, stretching while cooking, throw in a few lunges while walking basically anywhere, you get the idea.

Oh Nan I love the idea of that. I love how much you love running. I love how you make it a part of every bit of your life. I'll look into doing some more of that myself. I love to learn from people who know how to be committed!
