I would consider that course slightly faster, ~15-20 secs, than the Running for Relief course. Beat those lawyers.

Then I'd better run faster than I did there. This is an offseason test. The pacing may be irresponsible at first but the question is - how long can I hold 5:30 up and sub 5 down.
