Another lunch run around 12:15. It was cooler in the mid 70s today. I did an emigration out and back and again had the desire to run sub 8:00 up the hill (not steep). This resulted in tired legs after five miles and a slow slog back up to the office. 54 minutes total. Another cold shower. I hear they are replacing the heater!
