With the awful air, I went up dangerous emigration canyon. The air wasn't much better there. I did a small tempo down the canyon averaging 5:38 for 3 miles. A bit of a headwind going down the canyon. 6:47 avg for the run.

Thanks. They are pretty good about clearing the shoulders there; particularly the north side of the road. So its no more scary than any other day. And though the temp has been cold, I've noticed that the sunny days seem to keep a lot of the ice at bay - more wet than ice. I felt confident going faster though it was probably a bit risky.
