30 minutes stairmaster and PT. Did 176 floors or 1.26 vertical miles apparently. 10% more than yesterday.

The stairmaster can be your friend. Good to see you back in action. What does the PT say about biking? That seems to force symmetry.

I haven't asked. It seems like you can "hobble" on the stairmaster or a bike. I have to really focus on making my left leg work. If someone could find me a loner bike to do a nice ride on, I may give it a shot.

Also, that stairmaster is a great workout. I got above 160 heart rate which is unusual for me. I make sure to not use my hands and I have been doing a sort of tempo which makes it interesting.

I would give a spin class a try because then you can really focus on using both legs. They can also kick your butt. Or you are welcome to use my mountain bike anytime.
As you already know, I think the stairmaster is great. It can be as hard as you want to make it. If you have access to a rowing machine I would recommend trying that too.

I have a mountain bike. I was thinking of a road bike. I should just get out on the bike...
