Ran just before 11 am when it was already in the 80s. That's fine. Dropped off my niece at Momentum and ran up wasatch to the mount olympus parking. It was hot but not too hot. It wasn't hard and it wasn't easy so it was great. 65 minutes total.

Fritz, just putting in a plug for my general physician, Stephen Wood at the Foothill South Clinic. He's sixties'ish, but a runner, a marathoner. I've been seeing him for years (annual physicals) and really like him. Seems to really know what he's talking about when it comes to blood work etc. Anyways, just wanted to pass his name along.
