A full day of biking (15 miles while measuring a 10K course), walking (One and a half miles with family and dog at Wison Morgan Park) and a 8 mile run thru neighborhood, oak lea and the monte hills. Ran while listening to "This American Life". 1:01:00/7:37

Kelly and the girls went to Scottsboro for the Throbbing Heart 5K. Kelly ran great placing 1st in the Masters with a time of 26:00, another PR. Sunday the 15th she runs The Mercedes Half Marathon in Birmingham. I predict 2:05-2:15 for her.
