Jon,

I am thinking about coming home this weekend and running back-to-back long runs of 20-30 miles on Friday night and Saturday morning, and I thought I'd let you know in case you needed some miles. I think the route is going to be from my house to Pt. Mallard, running the trail there, then back, maybe tacking on a little in there somewhere. Saturday morning is the Decatur XC meet, so I thought I'd run over to Pt. Mallard again and watch that, filling in miles throughout. No pressure, but I thought you might want to know; I'm going to post the same thing on Eric's blog.

Later.

Tempting, but I'll have to pass this time. We've got the Monte Sano 15K on Saturday morning. Hey nice run in that 10 miler! Your ultra pace will be something to be reckoned with!

Thanks, and good luck in the 15k!
