At Guntersville Sate Park, ran with the AHS XC team on some pretty techical trails. After 3 miles felt the same pain in left knee as I had last week. The steep climbs and decents were a bit too much too soon. Very warm and humid at 4pm. We all watched "Running Brave" the Billy Mills story after dinner.

Its crazy to think we are twice as old as those kids now.

When they come to 3M to practice, I'm going to try hang with them. Who looks fast this year? I assume Bolding and Dunn . Who else?

There's a new kid (I think he's going to be a sophomore this year), Tony Rossi, who hammered out a sub-5 mile as a freshman last year. Other than those three, I'm not sure...
