On Point Mallard trail out and back, 1:30pm, 50deg, windy. More base work at 7:30 pace, picked it up for 1/4 mile @ 3.5 miles. Still feeling a little tightness in my upper right hamsting, more so in the tendon area.
it got tight early in rocket city, first light and mnt mist and slowed me down in the last half of all those races. now it's just sort of a nagging tightness. I'm doing more stretching, and it doesn't slow me on the shorter runs I've been doing. With no plan of running anything long for the next 6 months I hoping it will strengthen and fade away.
