I ran 6 miles today. During the run I went over to the track and ran an all out 400, followed by 2 x 100m. I could tell that my legs didn't feel 100% up for sprinting before I even started, but I was interested in seeing what I could do given the circumstances. I ran the 400 in 63 seconds, followed by 13.8 for the first 100, and 14.2 for the second. Results made me think that fresh I may have been able to run the 400 between 60-61 seconds, while running the 100 in the low 13 second range if I was fresh and didn't run a 400 first. |
